The room is on the ground floor of the house. It is located nearby the Erasmus University and its ideal for students. The house is well maintained and fully furnished and the recently renovated kitchen has all the appliances you will need including a coffee machine, dishwasher, combi microwave, oven, etc. so all you would need is your suitcase and laptop.

You share the 2-floor apartment with 3 other fun housemates (students).
Cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price. This is done by a cleaning company on a weekly basis
